Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(a)

On 27 March 2014, Computacenter plc was notified that Neil Muller, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), had on the same day, exercised options over 88,000 ordinary shares of 62/3 pence each in the capital of the Company, at an option exercise price of 250 pence, under the Computacenter Employee Share Option Scheme 1998.

The shares for the above-mentioned exercise were satisfied out of shares held by the Computacenter Employee Share Ownership Plan.

The Company was further notified on 27 March 2014, that on the same day and subsequent to the exercise of options referred to above, Mr Muller sold 64,578 ordinary shares of 62/3 pence each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 650.97 pence per share. Mr Muller additionally retained a balance of 23,422 ordinary shares of 62/3 pence each in the capital of the Company from the exercise.
