New shares of Componenta entered into the trade register

A total of 7,038,051 new shares were subscribed for in Componenta Corporation's share issue directed to the public.

All new shares have been entered into the Trade Register on 4 September 2013. Following the registration, the total number of the Company´s shares is 29,269,224 shares. The new shares produce the right to dividends and other distributions of assets as well as other shareholder rights as from the registration date 4 September 2013.

Trading of the new shares alongside the existing shares will commence on 5 September 2013.
