Furio Scolaro to be Senior Vice President, Sales and Product Development of Componenta

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 16.4.2013 at 15.00

Furio Scolaro has been appointed Senior Vice President, Sales and Product
Development and a Member of the Corporate Executive Team as of 1 June 2013. He
reports to Heikki Lehtonen, President and CEO of Componenta.

Furio Scolaro has worked at Componenta since 2009 in different sales management
positions, based in France.

Antti Lehto, currently holding the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and
Customer Service will join another employer at the end of May.
