Pii Kotilainen proposed for Componenta Board of Directors

Shareholders representing more than 10 percent of all the votes in the company have communicated that they will propose to the Annual General Meeting that M. Sc. (Econ.) Pii Kotilainen is elected to replace Mr. Yrjö Julin, who has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the company, as member of the Board of Directors and that the other current members of the Board of Directors are re-elected for the following term of office.

Pii Kotilainen (b. 1960) is Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Outokumpu Oyi. She has previously served as Senior Vice President. Human Resources in Huhtamäki Ovi and in many HR related positions in Nokia Group.

Pii Kotilainen is a member of the Advisory Board for Advansis Oy.

The other current members of the Componenta Board of Directors are Heikki Bergholm, Heikki Lehtonen, Juhani Mäkinen, Marjo Miettinen and Matti Tikkakoski.
