Comperia.pl S.A. — Major Shareholding Notification 2022

The Management Boardof Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")informs about the receipt by the Company on October 14, 2022, anotification from QUERCUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.acting on behalf of his subsidiary funds QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO,QUERCUS Global Balanced Plus FIZ oraz QUERCUS Multistrategy FIZconcerning the change in the number of the Company's shares heldindependently by the funds that has taken place on October 12 ,2022;this change occurred due to the settlement (on that date) of thetransaction of disposal of the Company's shares by funds managed byQUERCUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. as part of theCompany's share buyback (the completion of which was announced by theCompany in current report No. 20/2022), as a result of which fundsmanaged by QUERCUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. shareholdingin the Company fell below 5% of the total number of votes at theCompany's General Meeting.
