The Board of Directors of Rockapetta Holdings Limited ("Company") announces the following with effect from 5th March 2002:-

(1) Mr. Ho Tat Kin and Mr. Lam Lee G. were appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company.

(2) Mr. Heng Kwoo Seng and Mr. Au-Yong Shong, Samuel, resigned as the Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company.
