The Board of Directors of Rockapetta Holdings Limited ("Company") announces that with effect from 1st August 2000:-

1. Mr. Chu Chi Wai, Anthony resigned as an Executive Director and the Vice Chairman of the Company. He was appointed as Consultant of the Company;

2. Mr. Chan Sheung Wai resigned as a Non-Executive Director and was appointed as an Executive Director and the Vice Chairman of the Company;

3. Mr. Samuel Au-Yong was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
