Acquisition of an asset

Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. ("Company") informs about acquisition of an asset.
According to new Development strategy for 2023-2026 the Company has acquired a new asset - LLC UKRMINERAL TRADING, Ukrainian based company, created to obtain licenses for mining of mineral resources in Ukraine.
The cost of transaction is 50 000 UAH (equivalent to 1 237 Euros at the NBU rate).
