The Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV dd. 7 October 2021, decided to carry out a capital increase reserved for the employees of Colruyt Group. The subscription period ran from 15 October 2021 up to 16 November 2021. A total of 1.606 employees subscribed for 184.228 new shares for an amount of EUR 7.341.485,80. The subscription price was EUR 39,85 per share.
The notarial deed to effectively lay down the capital increase reserved for the employees of Colruyt Group was executed on 15 December 2021.
As a result of this transaction, the updated information about the shares and capital of Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV is as follows:
