Notification of Transactions of Director and Connected Person

The Company was notified on 1 April 2016 of a transfer, on the same day, of 1,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 10 pence by David Green, to his wife Judy Green a Connected Person of the Company, and transfers of 250,000 shares each to his two adult children. All three transfers were for nil consideration. Following the transfers the holdings of David Green and his wife Judy Green are as follows:
