Combined General Meeting of April 25, 2023
The Combined General Meeting of Colas will be held on:
Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (Paris time) 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia - 75015 Paris, France
The preliminary meeting notice is published today in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires). It contains the agenda of this Meeting, the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, as well as a description of the main procedures for participating and voting at the Meeting and for exercising shareholders' rights.
This preliminary meeting notice is available on the Colas website:
https://www.colas.com/fr/finance/assemblee-generale, in the Finance/General Meeting/2023 section; all information about the General Meeting will also be available on this website.
The General Meeting will be an opportunity to present the Group's strategy and its development prospects and to participate in the life of the Company. All shareholders are invited to express their views by attending the General Meeting, being represented by proxy, or voting by correspondence.
The notice of meeting will be published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on April 7, 2023.
The documents that must be made available to shareholders in connection with this Meeting will be available at the Company's registered office, 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia - 75015 Paris, under the conditions and within the deadlines provided for by the legal and regulatory provisions, and may also be requested:
- Either electronically at the following address: [email protected], until Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time);
- Or by post to COLAS Direction Juridique 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia 75015 Paris, until Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).
For holders of bearer shares, the request must be accompanied by the certificate of participation issued by the authorized intermediary who manages the share account.
The documents and information required by Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code will be made available to shareholders by March 30, 2023 at the latest on the Company's website under the heading Finance/General Meeting/2023 https://www.colas.com/fr/finance/assemblee-generale.
