Combined General Shareholders' Meeting of April 26, 2022
The Combined General Shareholders' Meeting of Colas will be held on:
Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (Paris time)

The Notice of Meeting has been published today in the BALO (French-language Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires). It contains the agenda of the Meeting, the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, as well as a description of the main procedures for participating in and voting at the Meeting and for exercising Shareholders' rights.

The documents to be made available to Shareholders in connection with the Meeting can be obtained at the Company's registered office, 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia - 75015 Paris,France, under the conditions and within the deadlines provided for by the legal and regulatory provisions. They may also be requested:
- Electronically at the following address: [email protected], until Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time), which is the preferred method given the current context;
- By mail at COLAS Direction Juridique 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia 75015 Paris, until Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).
For holders of bearer shares, the request must be accompanied by the certificate of participation issued by the authorized intermediary who manages the share account.
The documents and information required by Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code will be made available to Shareholders by March 31, 2022 at the latest on the Company's website under the heading Finance/General Meeting/2022 https://www.colas.com/fr/finance/assemblee-generale.
