On May 31, 2015, Mr. Peter F. Portmann, Vice President Global Operations of Cohu, Inc.’s Semiconductor Equipment Group (Cohu SEG) since January 2013, unexpectedly passed away. Mr. Luis A. Müller, Cohu, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, has assumed Mr. Portmann’s responsibilities on an interim basis until a permanent successor is appointed.
