CogState Appoints Company Secretary

CogState Ltd (ASX: CGS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire NewsteadSinclair as Company Secretary, replacing Lauren Delaney.

In addition to her appointment as Company Secretary, Claire will maintain her role as Finance Manager at CogState Ltd.

Claire recently joined CogState, prior to which she worked as the Finance Manager for OAMPS Insurance Brokers Ltd, part of the Wesfarmers Group. Claire studied accountancy at Monash University and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in April 2004.
