TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for April 2024.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in April 2024 amountedto approximately PLN113,57million and was70,34%lowercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a four months of 2024, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN478,41million, representing ayear-on-year decrease of75,17%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in April 2024 amounted to approximatelyPLN26,51million and was76,59%lower year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the four months of 2024, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN144,81million,registering a year-on-year decrease of65.15%.

3)Debt claims financed

InApril 2024, the value of financed receivables amounted to approximatelyPLN0.15million and down90,08%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after four months of this year, the value offinanced receivables amounted to a total of approximately PLN0.83million, recording an decrease of76.21%year on year.

4)Total sales

InApril 2024, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR33.43_#160;million,down71.82%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the four months of 2024, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR148,78million, andecrease of73,39%year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InApril 2024, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.650and was1.75%higher than in the same period of the previous year.
