Appointment of Executive Director

Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) - ("Codeifai" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Martin Ross as an Executive Director of the Company.

Martin has extensive experience across Sales, Technology, and AI. He has been associated with the Codeifai group since its ASX listing in 2014 as an early investor, joined the executive team in 2018 and holds the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees the company's commercial operations across its AI and Self-Service SaaS platforms globally.
