Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary
Codeifai Limited ( Codeifai or the Company ) ( ASX:CDE ) is pleased to announce, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Ms Kamille Dietrich from Automic Group has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary effective from today.
Ms Dietrich is an experienced Company Secretary and as a member of Automic Group’s Company Secretary team, Ms Dietrich acts as Company Secretary to ASX listed and unlisted public Companies across a range of industries.
Further to this appointment, Ms Shelby Coleman will step down as Company Secretary of the Company today. The Board would like to thank Ms Coleman for her service and support.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Dietrich will also be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
