Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Codeifai Limited (‘CDE’) will be halted at the request of CDE, pending the release of an announcement by CDE.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 1 July 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ASX Code: CDE – Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Codeifai Limited (ASX:CDE) ( Company) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

• a) a trading halt is requested in relation to a potential acquisition as foreshadowed in the Company’s announcement entitled Corporate Update released on 6 June 2025;

• b) it anticipates that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 1 July 2025 or the release of an announcement.

• c) it is expected that the trading halt will end once an announcement is released; and

• d) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
