Change of Balance Date

The Company advises that given it operates in a number of jurisdictions the Board has decided to harmonize its Balance Dates.

Accordingly it is intending to change its balance date to 31 December 2014 and as such the report subsequent to the 2014 Annual Report will be for the six (6) months ended 31 December 2014.
