Date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, I advise that the Annual General Meeting of Codan Limited will be held on 27 October 2021.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with clause 9.7 of Codan's constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is 13 September 2021. Any nominations must be received at Codan's registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Adelaide time) on 13 September 2021.
