Appointments to CNP Assurances' management team

CNP Assurances has announced several appointments to its management team. As of February 1, 2019, they are as follows:

• Thomas Béhar becomes Group Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Group's financial performance, as well as for accounting, actuaries and financial communication.
• Vincent Damas has been appointed Group Chief Risk Officer.
• Corinne Gouthière has been appointed Group Internal Audit Director.
• Marie Grison has been appointed Group Administrative Officer. In this capacity, she is responsible for legal, tax, compliance, corporate strategy, subsidiary monitoring, CSR (corporate social responsibility), purchasing, work environment and organisational matters.

Thomas BEHAR

Chief Financial Officer of CNP Assurances, member of the Executive Committee

Thomas Béhar is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and of the ENSAE (French national school for statistics and economic administration), and is a qualified actuary of the Institut des Actuaires. He also holds the rank of Ingénieur général des Mines. He joined CNP Assurances in 2002 as special advisor to the Head of Partnerships and Commercial Development. Since 2003, he has been Director of Steering and Management Control, Chief Accountant France, Director of the Finance Roadmap programme in 2012 and Group Technical Director. Appointed member of the Executive Committee in September 2013, Thomas Béhar was promoted to Group Financial Performance Director in December 2017 and subsequently to Chief Financial Officer of CNP Assurances in 2019. He is a lecturer in actuarial studies at the Centre d'études actuarielles and co-author of "Assurance: Comptabilité, Réglementation, Actuariat", published by Economica in 2002. Thomas Béhar has also been President of the Institut des actuaires and of the European Actuarial Association.

Vincent DAMAS

Group Chief Risk Officer of CNP Assurances

Vincent Damas holds a Master of Science from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE. He is also a certified actuary from the French Institute of Actuaries.

After beginning his career in 2003 at the French Ministry of Finance, he joined the French prudential supervisory authority (ACPR) as an insurance supervisor. In 2007, he joined CNP Assurances, where he has held several management positions, notably Deputy Head of Accounting for France, Head of Investment Risk and Funding, Head of ALM and Funding, Head of Relations with Investors, Analysts and Rating Agencies, and, since 1st February 2019, Group Chief Risk Officer.

Since 2007, Vincent has been a teacher of actuarial sciences at the Centre of Actuarial Studies.

Marie GRISON

Group Administrative Officer of CNP Assurances, member of the Executive Committee

Marie Grison graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1992, and began her career at Crédit Lyonnais in the General Inspection division. She then worked in the capital market sector and in the market risk department. In 2004, she joined Ixis-CIB as risk manager in charge of rates. In 2006, she joined the Natixis Group Risk Management Department as Head of the Credit Risk Department and, in 2010, as Head of the Consolidated Risk Department.

Marie Grison joined CNP Assurances in 2013 as Group Chief Risk Officer. She was appointed Administrative Officer of CNP Assurances in February 2019.

Corinne GOUTHIERE

Group Internal Audit Director of the CNP Assurances

A former student of the ENA, Corinne Gouthière graduated from the IEP of Paris in Economics. She also graduated from the Institut des Actuaires.

From 1984 to 1988, Corinne Gouthière was a civil servant, working as Chief Clerk in the Financial Services Division at the French Ministry of Defence. She joined CNP Assurances in 1988 as Director of the Human Resources Department. In 1992, she took on the role of Director of the Technical Department before being appointed Director of Regional Structures from 1996 to 1999. She was the Managing Director of GIE ANTICIPA (Groupe Caisse des Dépôts) between 2000 and 2002. She then held the positions of Director of Risks and Internal Control, Director of Risks and Compliance and Director of Insurance Services for CNP Assurances. She became CNP Assurances' Company Secretary in 2014 and was appointed Group Internal Audit Director in February 2019.
