Delay to Annual Report and Accounts
Cloudbreak Discovery Plc (LSE: CDL), a natural resource project generator, announces that, due to the impact of the global pandemic, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 will be delayed.
The Company will report its results within the temporary two-month extension period granted by the Financial Conduct Authority and will provide an update to the market as soon as is practical.
