Board Update
Cloudbreak Discovery Plc ("Cloudbreak") (LSE: CDL), a natural resource project generator, today announces that Kyle Hookey has stepped down as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect but will continue as a key advisor. The Board would like to thank Kyle for assisting the Company through the IPO process and its initial phase as a quoted company.
Kyler Hardy, President and CEO of Cloudbreak, stated "Kyle has been a great asset to Cloudbreak as a director and will continue to be involved with an integral advisory role with the Company. In the coming months, we will be seeking a replacement director whose skill set will allow Cloudbreak to continue with its growth and execution of its business plan"
