Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Restricted Share Awards granted to Directors on 1 May 2010 vested on 30 April 2014.  Subsequently 26,689 shares were transferred to Mr A Case and 5,694 shares were transferred to Mr J Woyda. In order to meet their tax liability which was incurred on the day of vesting, Mr Case sold 12,576 shares and Mr Woyda sold 2,683 shares at a price of £26.33 per share.  Mr Case retained 14,113 shares and Mr Woyda retained 3,011 shares.

Following the above transactions, the Directors' interest in the Company's share capital is as follows:-
