Prior to entering its close period on 30 June 2014, Clarkson PLC confirms that since its Interim Management Statement announced on 9 May 2014, trading has continued in line with the Board's expectations.

Clarkson PLC will announce interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 on 18 August 2014.
