Appointment of Company Secretary

The Board of Clarkson PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Cahill as interim Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant who has been with Clarksons for 26 years and is the Group Financial Controller. Mike will succeed Penny Watson who has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 21 December 2017.
