SUPPLEMENTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SIGNING OF A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF AMATHUS BEACH HOTEL PAPHOS

Claridge Public Ltd supplementary to the announcement on the above subject, which was made on 03/04/2015, announces the following:

• 1. The purchase price of €34.450.000 to be paid by K.A. Olympic Lagoon Resort Limited to Claridge Public Limited will be paid entirely in cash, on the day of transferring the hotel through the Lands Office to their name. The transfer, as already announced, has been fixed to take place on the 15^th day following the completion of the 7 conditions, which are set out in the announcement of 03/04/2015.
• 1. The cost of the hotel renovations, which is estimated at €13.500.000, is additional to the sale price amounting €34.450.000 and will be paid entirely by K.A. Olympic Lagoon Resort Limited, raising the cost of the acquisition of the hotel by this company to the amount of €47.950.000.
• 1. As previously announced on 03/04/2015, beyond the interest of Amathus Public Limited in this transaction, which has acquired 48% of K.A. Olympic Lagoon Resort Limited, this transaction is not related or affects the interest either of the company secretary of Claridge Public Limited or any other designated person, in accordance with the meaning given to the term "designated person" in Article 137(3) of the Law. Besides the participation of Amathus Public Limited in K.A. Olympic Lagoon Resort Limited there is no other relationship of any designated person either with the transaction or with its contracting parties or with any other who acted as mediator for its conclusion.
