ANNOUNCEMENT

PROFIT WARNING

Claridge Public Limited announces that its consolidated financial results for the year 2016 will show a loss compared to a profit in 2015.

The decrease in the results is mainly due to the following non-recurring income and credits which were recognized in 2015:

$(a)$ The partial waiver of the repayment of bank borrowings for the amount of €2.000.000.
The deferred tax credit for the amount of $E$ 2.720.848, which resulted $(b)$ from the sale of the hotel in Paphos.
The reversal of part of the impairment in the value of the property, $(c)$ plant and equipment of Amathus Beach Hotel Rhodes, which is owned by the associate company Leisure Holding SA.
