GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
CITIC Pacific Limited (the “Company”) announces that on 14 January 2010, it has granted share options (“Options”) to subscribe for a total of 880,000 shares of HK$0.40 each of the Company (the “Shares”) to individuals (the “Grantees”) under the CITIC Pacific Share Incentive Plan 2000 adopted on 31 May 2000 (the “Share Option Plan”).
This announcement is made pursuant to rule 17.06A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”).
The Company has granted Options to subscribe for a total of 880,000 Shares to the Grantees under the Share Option Plan. The followings are the details of the grant of Options:
