The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company")_#160;hereby informs in compliancewith the obligation provided for in Art. 70 section 1 of the Act of 29th July_#160;2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introductionof Financial Instruments to Organized_#160;Trading, and Public Companies (the"Act"), on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e._#160;on 13thSeptember 2022 from Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS with its seat inLuxembourg ("AOF")_#160;pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 1) and _#160;Art. 69asection 1 point 3) of the Act on the acquisition of_#160;50,000 shares of theCompany entitling to50,000votesat the general meeting of the_#160;Company, which constitutes in round 0,027% of the total number of shares and votes at the general meeting_#160;of theCompany.

After the acquisition, AOF directly holds36,618,931shares of the Company entitling to36,618,931votes at the general meeting of theCompany, which constitutes 20,02 % of the total number of_#160;shares andvotes at the general meeting of the Company.
