The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Company")informs that on 25 October 2019 Mr. Artur Osuchowski - a Member of theManagement Board of CIECH S.A. submitted his resignation from thefunction of the Management Board of the Company, with immediate effect,without giving reasons for the resignation.
