SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of IIN International Limited (the “Company’’), trading of its shares has been suspended with effect from 2:30 p.m. on 11 September 2007 pending the release of an announcement in relation to placing of new shares of the Company.

As of the date of this announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company comprises Mr. Wu Shu Min, Mr. Fu Hui Zhong and Mr. Xu Zhi Feng as executive Directors, Mr. Liu Yang, Mr. Li Junlin and Mr. Jin Dunshen as independent non-executive Directors.
