APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors of China Hongqiao Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to announce that Ms. Zhang Ruilian (“ Ms. Zhang ”) has been appointed as the chief financial officer of the Company with effect from 29 September 2014.

Ms. Zhang, aged 36, is the vice president of the Company and the manager of the accounting department of the Company. She joined the Group in June 2006 and has over 13 years’ accounting experience. She graduated from Shandong Economic Management School of Light Industry （山東省輕工業經濟管理 學校） and obtained the diploma in accounting in July 1996. She held the positions of the manager of audit department of Shandong Weiqiao Chuangye Group Company Limited （山東魏橋創業集團有限 公司） from December 2005 to June 2006 and manager of accounting department of Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum and Power Co. Ltd. （山東魏橋鋁電有限公司） (“ Aluminum & Power ”) from June 2006 to July 2009. She is currently the manager of accounting department of Aluminum & Power, a manager of accounting department of Shandong Hongqiao New Material Co., Ltd. （山東宏橋新型材料有限公司） and a director of Hongqiao International Trading Limited （宏橋國際貿易有限公司） since April 2012.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises eight directors, namely Mr. Zhang Shiping, Ms. Zheng Shuliang and Mr. Zhang Bo as executive directors, Mr. Yang Congsen and Mr. Zhang Jinglei as non-executive directors, and Mr. Chen Yinghai, Mr. Xing Jian and Mr. Han Benwen as independent non-executive directors.
