The Company was notified today, 17 June 2013, that Ric Piper, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today acquired 326,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Elektron ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Piper is interested in 326,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
