Third Quarter EPS Increased 22% Year Over Year

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., – October 28, 2005 – Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005.

— Net Income: $78.7 million, an increase of 18% compared to $66.8 million in the third quarter of 2004. Net income excluding acquisition related charges 1 was $80.5 million, an increase of 16% compared to $69.1 million in the third quarter of 2004.
