Benjamin L. Brigeman has notified The Charles Schwab Corporation (CSC) of his decision to step down as Executive Vice President - Investor Services of CSC, effective February 15, 2012. Mr. Brigeman's responsibilities overseeing the Investor Services segment will be assumed by John S. Clendening and G. Andrew Gill.
