CHARGEURS EXPANDS ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Additional appointments to the Group Executive Committee:
Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister, Secretary General Olivier Buquen, Executive Vice-President International Business Development
Michaël Fribourg, Chargeurs' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said: "The appointment of Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister and Olivier Buquen illustrates Chargeurs' ability to attract and hire the best talents. Their broad international experience, leadership skills and strategic vision will enhance Chargeurs' general and operational competencies, in support of our niche businesses. With these appointments, we are moving a step closer to achieving the strategic transformation and aggressive growth targets set out in our "Performance, Discipline, Ambitions" plan, while also strengthening the business model we've designed to create French and international market leaders".
Appointment of additional Executive Committee members
In line with the strategy to speed the pace of business growth, the Group is expanding its Executive Committee with the appointment of two new members reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer: Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister, Secretary General, and Olivier Buquen, Executive VP International Business Development.
Under the leadership of Michaël Fribourg, Chargeurs' Chairman and CEO, the Executive Committee is responsible for implementing the strategy decided by the Board of Directors and running the Group's businesses.

Biographical details about the new Executive Committee members
| As Secretary General, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister has direct responsibility for Human Resources and Internal Communications, and she also oversees the Legal and Tax Departments. Working with the Chief Financial Officer, she leads implementation of the Group's risk management strategy and helps to define Chargeurs' corporate social responsibility and sustainable development model. |

| Aged 53 and a graduate of the ISG business school, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister began her career in banking. In 1987, she joined Aéroports de Paris (ADP) where she was initially responsible for supporting the group's international expansion by contributing to many projects for the design or operation of foreign airports in such countries as Mexico, China and Madagascar, and developing training programs for the airports' management and employees. |

When ADP was privatized in 2005, she set up a Management Institute to support the managerial transformation process, before taking on various human resources development responsibilities (HR strategy/organization, HR planning and development plans, training). As the leader of cross-functional projects, she notably contributed to the complete overhaul of ADP's purchasing and sales administration processes. |
| In 2015, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister was appointed to manage the Service University set up to promote a service culture within the ADP group and the community of airport service providers to match the value proposition of the new "Paris Aéroport" brand launched in April 2016. |

Aged 51, and a graduate of ESSEC, Sciences Po Paris and Harvard Business School, Olivier Buquen began his career in 1988 with the Bolloré group as Communications Manager. In 1990, he joined the Paribas group, initially in the Finance Department and then, from 1996, in the Company General Secretary's department. In 1999, he moved to Milan to take up a position as Operations Director of BNP Paribas Lease Group Italia. |

| Olivier Buquen | In 2002, he moved back to France to join the Executive Committee of the industrial group Plastic Omnium, successively serving as Vice President, Business Development, in the Environment Division, Chief Executive Officer of Signature (Europe's leading road signage company with €230 million in revenues and 1,500 employees) and Group Executive Vice President, Business Development. |
