ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of Chargeurs shareholders was held today. It was led by Eduardo Malone, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
All the resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors were approved. In particular, shareholders approved the 2014 financial statements and re-elected Eduardo Malone to a three-year term as Director.
They also approved the payment, effective May 29, of a 2014 dividend of € 0.20 per share.
