The notice of the meeting and the proposed resolutions were published in France in the Bulletin d'Annonces Légales Obligatoires on March 30, 2009 and April 20.

All documents and related information on the Annual Meeting are available to shareholders as prescribed by the law.

To assist the Annual Meeting, shareholders must show their admission card.

• Holders of bearer shares must request the documents related to the Meeting from their bank or broker
• Holder of registered shares will receive the documents directly.
