HERMOS has become member of Elevion Group

Group of German companies HERMOS has become 100% subsidiary of German company Elevion, which is 95% owned by ČEZ. Transaction was finalized and approved by antimonopoly authorities.

Competence of HERMOS group lies in automation and IT solutions for industry, energy, environment, buildings and healthcare. HERMOS delivers solutions consisting of engineering, manufacturing of switchgears, software for automation systems and IT systems and from after-sale services.

Currently, HERMOS group employs over 500 people, most of them in the headquarters in Mistelgau near Bayreuth. Last year HERMOS group generated a total turnover of almost EUR 90 million.
