Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that on 11 March 2021, Mrs June Nicholls, the spouse of Mr Mark Nicholls, Chief Operating Officer, (i) sold 4,651 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of her personal holding at a price of 410 pence per Ordinary Share; and (ii) repurchased 4,642 Ordinary Shares at a price of 411 pence per Ordinary Share into an ISA.

Following the sale and repurchase, Mr Mark Nicholls's total beneficial interest (together with his spouse) is 43,636 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
