We refer to the Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, which states that, any person who holds more than 5% shares for voting rights in any listed Company shall disclose to the Company the number of shares or voting rights held and change in shareholding or voting rights, even if such change results in shareholding falling below 5%, if there has been change of 2% or more of total shareholding or voting rights in the Company from the last disclosure made.

We are enclosing herewith Form C under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Annexure 2 under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 of details of disposal of 2% or more shares in Cera Sanitaryware Limited.

We currently hold 0.003% of the equity shares as on June 08th, 2026. As per our previous disclosure made on May 18th, 2020, we held 2.99% of equity shares in the Company and our shareholding prior to sale of shares on June 08th, 2026 was 1.17%.
