Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we would like to inform you that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 3rd August, 2021 to Thursday, 5" August, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of making the payment of dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2021 and for the Annual General Meeting of the Company which is to be held on Friday, 13" August, 2021 through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual means (OAVM).
The dividend will be paid to those members whose names stand on the Registrar of Members of equity shares as on Thursday, 5 August, 2021. In respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be paid on the basis of beneficial ownership position as per the data to be furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for this purpose. The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM, will be made payable on or after Tuesday, 17% August, 2021.
