COMPLETION OF SECURITY PURCHASE PLAN

Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or Centuria ) announces the completion of the non-underwritten Security Purchase Plan ( SPP ) to eligible securityholders in Australia and New Zealand, announced on 18 September 2019 in connection with CNI's $100 million institutional placement.

The SPP closed at 5:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 9 October 2019 seeking to raise up to $10 million. Demand for the offering was strong with applications received for approximately $12.5 million of new fully paid ordinary securities ( New Securities ). CNI has exercised its discretion to accept all applications and no scale-back of applications will occur. Successful eligible applications will be issued the full amount of New Securities applied for, up to a maximum of $30,000.

The total amount raised under the SPP and the institutional placement completed on 24 September 2019 is approximately $112.5 million. Successful eligible applicants will be issued New Securities at an issue price of $2.10 per security. The New Securities will be issued on 14 October 2019 and holding statements despatched on 16 October 2019. The New Securities will commence trading on the ASX on 15 October 2019.
