Centrica plc (“the Company”) received notice on 18 May 2015 (under the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules), that on 15 May 2015, Schroders plc had a notifiable interest in 248,775,761 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 5.001% of the Company’s issued share capital.
