Centrica plc has been informed that, as announced by J Sainsbury plc today, Kevin O'Byrne will retire from his roles with Sainsbury's, including as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, in March 2023.

Mr O'Byrne continues to be a Non-Executive Director of Centrica plc where he remains the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
