In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 30 August 2016 that Swagatam Mukerji, Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares on 30 August 2016 at a price of £0.40 per share.
