Board Committee Appointment

In accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3), Centamin is pleased to announce the appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director Alison Baker to chair the Health, Safety and Environmental and Sustainability Committee (HSES Committee), with immediate effect.

The HSES Committee now comprises Alison Baker (Chair), Edward Haslam and Mark Bankes.
