CENIT raises sales and revenue forecasts after strong 2nd Quarter 2011

CENIT AG (ISIN: DE0005407100) - Stuttgart, August 2nd, 2011 - Results for
the first 6 months exceed full-year forecast for 2011.

At the end of Q2, CENIT Group reports sales revenues of 50.3 m EUR (2010:
41.4 m EUR/22%), representing EBITDA of 2.9 m EUR (2010: 1.6 m EUR/82%) and
EBIT of 1.9 m EUR (2010: 0.9 m EUR/0,126%). Results per share were 0.17 EUR
(2010: 0.08 EUR/113%).

Provided that economic parameters remain stable, we now raise our forecast
for sales and results growth during the 2011 business year from 10% to 15%.
