Reggio Emilia, 25 marzo 2022 - Alla data del 25 marzo 2022 il capitale sociale sottoscritto e versato di Cellularline è pari a Euro 21.343.189 ed è suddiviso in n. 21.868.189 azioni ordinarie prive di indicazione del valore nominale.
La Società è titolare di n. 1.636.505 azioni proprie, per le quali, ai sensi di legge, il diritto di voto e agli utili è sospeso.

CELLULARLINE S.p.A.: INFORMATION ON THE SHARE CAPITAL
Reggio Emilia, 25 March 2022 - As of 25 March 2022, the subscribed and fully paid-up share capital of Cellularline is Euro 21,343,189, divided into 21,868,189 ordinary shares with no par value.
The Company owns 1,636,505 treasury shares, for which the legal right to vote and receive dividends is suspended.
